Die control units monitor strip thickness, provide full die protection in the event of miss-feeds and double thickness of material, and control intermittent, operational functions. This environment engenders safe and effective operation of your dies including multi-functional dies, such as those producing pre-stacked electric laminations.
Inspection facilities including microscope with digital read out and projectors up to 100x magnification, ensure that your components are produced within specification.
Secondary operations including heat treatment and surface plating can be accommodated. Bespoke packing requirements can be provided.
Excellent in house facilities ensure complete care of your die in respect of regrinding, servicing and repairs. Replacement of worn and damaged component parts forms part of our service and even full die refurbishments are possible. |
